Noyafa TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) test pen. It is a simple portable water quality testing tool used to test the TDS value of water or the conductivity of water to judge the purity or pollution of water. At the same time, it has the function of testing water temperature and ambient temperature.

The TDS meter is actually a conductivity test meter. They work by applying a voltage between two or more electrodes. Positively charged ions (such as sodium, calcium, magnesium, hydrogen, etc.) move towards the negatively charged electrode, and negatively charged ions (such as chloride, sulfate, bicarbonate, etc.) will move towards the positively charged electrode. The movement of ions creates an electric current. The meter determines the current by detecting the movement of the ions.

It is used to test the TDS value of water or the conductivity of water to judge the purity or degree of pollution of water. At the same time, it has the function of testing water temperature and ambient temperature.

1. TDS value: such as the weight ratio of minerals in water. Dissolved solids in water are mainly some calcium and magnesium and are not measurable contaminants. The unit of measurement is (parts per millions) or mg/L (milligram/Liter), which indicates how many milligrams of total dissolved solids are dissolved in 1 liter of water.
2. Conductivity: The strength of the conductivity of water is called conductivity (or conductivity), which is represented by G. Conductivity reflects the amount of salt in the water and is an important indicator of the purity of the water. The purer the water, the lower the salt content, the greater the resistance, and the smaller the conductance. Ultrapure water can hardly conduct electricity.
Features:
Power on: In the off state, press this button to power on. Automatic shutdown: After 60S no operation, it will automatically shut down. Manual shutdown: Press and hold the ON.OFF/HOLD button for 3S to shutdown Manual lock: When the TDS value is large or it is difficult to automatically lock the reading due to changes in water temperature, press this button to manually lock the reading. When locked, the corresponding physical unit symbol flashes.
Function selection button (MODE): The default display of the total dissolved solids value of the test water is ppm; press this function key once to display the test water conductance μs/cm value, press it again to display the temperature in Celsius, and press it again to display the temperature in Fahrenheit °F; press Repeat to cycle through the above.
CLEAR key function: clear. Clear lock readings. Test again.
Automatic test and lock reading: After clearing, insert the water into the water to automatically read, and display the corresponding TDS value or conductivity μs/cm value according to the different water quality. Then automatically lock, the reading is locked, and the corresponding unit symbol flashes.
Scale function: scale according to national standard. And properly refer to international usage practices. The direct drinking water warning refers to the international epidemic and adopts TDS=40 as the dividing line. If it is lower than 40, it will display green backlight, it is qualified direct drinking water, and if it is more than 40, it is non-direct drinking pure water.
Backlight function: Low power consumption backlight is used for testing at night and in dark places. At the same time, it doubles as a display of the water quality range.
Manual adjustment: With manual adjustment function, it is convenient for adjustment when leaving the factory and calibration.
Large screen display: It adopts high-distortion STN thin and fully transparent LCD screen to display 4 digits and the corresponding physical quantity unit. TDS reading range: 0---9999, symbol; overflow, display Err.
